The heck with continental breakfast

Included with your room stay at Banana Azul is included a full breakfast consisting of fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, fruit juice, coffee and selection of teas. That is just to get you started. Then out comes a second course consisting breakfast favourites, like Gallo Pinto, Omelette, Banana Pancakes, Breakfast Burrito, or Frittata. Each day we surprise you with something different.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 am till 10am. Coffee and cereal are ready at 6:00 am. Guests who are not staying at Banana Azul are also welcome to join us for our full breakfast. Cost is $6.95 (plus taxes & gratuity)

For lunch we keep it simple

Standard items like cheese burgers and fries, grilled chicken burgers, and different types of sandwiches are available at lunch. We also have a different lunch special everyday. Lunch is $6.95 (plus taxes & gratuity)

Lunch is served all day till 4 pm.

The dinner menu changes daily.

In an effort to keep everything as fresh and affordable as possible, we serve a fixed menu (Table d'hôte) which usually consists of 3 choices: 1) chicken or beef, 2) fish, 3) a vegetarian option. We start you off with some salad, and then a main entree and then a homemade dessert. Check out the menu in the morning and make your dinner plans if it sounds good to you. Dinner runs about $10-12 (plus taxes & gratuity) and is served from 6:30 pm to 8:30pm.

Every night our set menu includes a fish option, an ovo-lacto vegetarian option (not vegan) and a Gluten-Free option. Here are some examples of what you may find on our dinner menus:

• Chicken Teriyaki, Jerk Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Curry Chicken, Cordon Bleu, Beef Stroganoff, US Tenderloin, Beef Skewers...
• Greek style Tilapia, Caribbean red snapper, Fried fish filet...
• Vegetarian lasagna, Vegetarian Mediterranean platter (felafels, humus, tabbouleh...) Pasta al Pesto, Tofu Kebab...
• All-you-can-eat Fajita Fiesta on Sunday
• Caribbean Typical food on Friday night

Banana Azul has a fully licenced bar which is well stocked with a selection of wines, beers, & liquors & non-alcoholic drinks. Bar is open until 9:30 or 10pm.
